What to include in a bulk enquiry
A complete enquiry lets us check supply and price quickly. For urea, coal and petroleum products, an end-buyer LOI is needed before we issue an offer.
- Product and grade, with the technical specification or standard
- Quantity per shipment, frequency and contract duration
- Packaging: bulk or bagged, and bag size
- Preferred origin, if any
- Destination country and discharge port
- Preferred delivery terms such as FOB, CFR or CIF
- Your company details and the end buyer where relevant
Bulk supply questions
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Minimum quantities depend on the product, packaging and destination. Tell us the volume you need and we will confirm whether it fits the supply available.
Can you supply on a long-term contract?
Yes, for several products. Urea, for example, is available for both spot deals and contracts. Contract terms are agreed in the sales and purchase agreement.
Which packaging options are available?
Options depend on the commodity and include bulk shipment and bagged cargo such as 50 kg bags. Specify your packaging requirement in the enquiry.
How are bulk prices set?
Prices follow the market at the time of the offer and depend on grade, quantity, packaging, origin and destination. Larger and regular volumes are quoted accordingly.
