An international trading company for fertilizers, agricultural commodities and energy
Agromer has supplied customers in France and abroad since 1985. From our office in Saint-Avertin, we connect importers, distributors and industrial buyers with factories, refineries and accredited suppliers around the world.
What we do
Agromer is a commodity trading business built around three product areas. In fertilizers, we offer NPK compounds and blends from European factories, including custom-made formulas, urea for spot and contract deals, MOP, DAP and biofertilizers. In agricultural commodities, we supply ICUMSA 45 sugar from Brazil, rice from India, Vietnam and Thailand, wheat, yellow corn, barley, non-GMO soybean and refined edible oils. In energy, we work on Indonesian thermal coal and refined petroleum products such as EN590 diesel and Jet A1. We also supply ENplus wood pellets and microbial water treatment solutions.
Alongside the commodity itself, we help our customers with logistics and storage, with managing their exposure to price volatility, and with financing their purchases through our financial partners.

Our role depends on the commodity. We are clear about it from the first exchange, so you know who you are dealing with.
Distributor and trader for fertilizers
We distribute for a major NPK fertilizer factory in Europe and are connected with major urea refineries for spot and contract business.
Mandate for coal and petroleum
For Indonesian coal and refined petroleum products, we work under mandate with direct suppliers and accredited export agents.
Trader for agricultural commodities
We trade sugar, grains, oilseeds and edible oils with reliable logistics partners and pre-shipment inspection.
Transparent procedures
Offers follow an end-buyer Letter of Intent where required, contracts are formalised in a sales and purchase agreement, and cargoes can be inspected by SGS.
