From price to shipment
Once the price works for you, an order follows six steps. Private-label orders add an artwork approval before production.
Product selection
Choose the products, pack sizes and, for the tender fillet and kebab, spicy or non-spicy versions.
Quantity and packaging confirmation
Confirm the tonnage and whether you want neutral packaging or your own private label.
Private-label artwork approval
For private label, you approve the artwork before production. Set-up costs US$1,500 to 3,000 per SKU.
Proforma invoice and payment
We issue the proforma invoice. Payment is 100% on the confirmed proforma.
Production and export preparation
The order is produced, frozen at -18°C and prepared for export.
Shipment
The cargo ships CIF / Franco Port to Jebel Ali, Alexandria, Damietta or Santos.

What is the price of frozen chicken per kg?
Our target CIF prices run from US$4.50 per kg for chicken crispy burgers to US$6.07 per kg for spicy chicken tender fillet. Chicken nuggets are US$4.51 per kg.
Do the prices include import duties?
No. They are CIF / Franco Port prices. Import duties, taxes, customs clearance, destination handling, storage and inland delivery are not included.
Which ports do the prices apply to?
Jebel Ali (UAE and GCC), Alexandria or Damietta (Egypt) and Santos (Brazil).
What is the minimum order?
40 metric tonnes for neutral packaging and 120 metric tonnes for private label.
How much does private label cost?
Private-label set-up costs US$1,500 to 3,000 per SKU, on top of the product price.
How do I pay?
Payment is 100% on the confirmed proforma invoice.
